Refund Fee

Please see the sections below for refund policies specific to different types of products. For all refunds, a 5% refund fee will be charged by our merchant processor. Example: If your product cost was $3,599, your 5% refund fee will be $179.95. You will be refunded your product cost minus the refund fee.

Courses

When you purchase a Course, you acknowledge and agree to Natasha Dworkin's Terms of Refund:

Refunds of Self Paced Courses

  • A Self Paced Course is a course that is available to be accessed immediately upon purchase.

  • Natasha Dworkin will provide a full refund of a Self Paced Course if you request a refund no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of purchase ("Date of Purchase") according to your purchase receipt. If you can’t find Your receipt, Natasha Dworkin will have a record of your purchase date.

  • Natasha Dworkin will not refund a Self Paced Course if the request for a refund is made after thirty (30) calendar days from the Date of Purchase. For example, if the receipt states that the Purchased Course was on January 1, 2023, then You have until January 31, 2023 to request a refund.

  • The course content must be at least 80% complete for your refund request to be considered. Because of the nature of digital products and the access to the full content of Self Paced Courses being immediate, Natasha Dworkin will only grant refunds when the requestor has completed at least 80% of the course content, signifying that the requestor adequately engaged with the content before deeming it unsatisfactory.
  • Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to process and funds will be returned to the original method of payment for the purchased course.

Refund of Scheduled Courses

  • A scheduled course is a course that is scheduled to begin on a specific date (“Start Date”) and can’t be accessed until that Start Date.

  • Natasha Dworkin will provide a full refund of a scheduled course if you request a refund no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the Start Date stated in your Course Purchase Confirmation email. Natasha Dworkin will have a record of Your Receipt and/or the Start Date of the Scheduled Purchased Course.

  • Natasha Dworkin will not refund a Scheduled Course if the request for a refund is made fourteen (14) calendar days after the Start Date. For example, if the Confirmation Email states that the Scheduled Purchased Course starts on January 1, 2023, then you have until January 14, 2023 to request a refund of the Purchased Course, and once Natasha Dworkin receives your timely request, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to process and funds will be returned to the original method of payment for the Purchased Course.

Digital Product Downloads

Paid digital products (like PDFs, workbooks, planners, and other instant downloads) are not eligible for refunds.

Events Cancelled < 48 Hours Prior

If Natasha Dworkin cancels a training with less than 48 hours notice, a full refund or credit can be applied to future trainings or events scheduled without penalty.
