Six Session Coaching Package
Provides personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your personal or professional goals, tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.
Twelve Session Coaching Package
In-depth guidance and support to help you create lasting change, building your self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making skills, and achieving your full potential.

My coaching containers are not one-size-fits-all, but rather are tailored in terms of their schedule, frequency, format, and coaching modalities, to best support each client's unique goals and preferences.
